This Sound Bath Meditation presented by Nicole Reyes with Planted Energy offers a unique opportunity to unwind, recharge, and find harmony amidst the city's bustling rhythms.

You will be guided on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation. As you settle into a comfortable position, the enchanting sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and other sacred instruments will wash over you. These melodic vibrations will create a harmonious resonance within, helping you release stress and tension. Bring your yoga mat or blanket to lay on, or sit and enjoy in chairs that will be provided.
